Question: I'm thinking of uninstalling your product, any comment?

If you're thinking about uninstalling Webcelerate Accelerator, it's probably because you are not seeing the acceleration you were hoping for. We appreciate this chance to help make sure that at the very least, Webcelerate Accelerator was working properly while you were browsing Web pages. (As you probably know by now, Webcelerate Accelerator does not speed up secure sites, streaming video, and so forth.) In working with customers we have found that Webcelerate Accelerator is often not "in the loop" when they report "no acceleration". In other cases the acceleration of regular Web pages is so good that when customers get to secure pages -- like banking -- the comparative slowdown is quite dramatic. Conclusion, "Webcelerate is slowing me down." It only takes about 5 minutes to verify that Webcelerate Acceleration is actually working properly on your system. You've already invested some time into our product. We'd like to do our best to make sure that that investment had every chance of paying off for you.
