Yes. Deleting your browser's temporary files -- often refered to as "cache", "browser's cache", or "cache files" can potentially impact browser performance, since there will initially be no static cached pages. Similarly, deleting Webcelerate Accelerator temporary files -- which you can do from the Webcelerate Accelerator menu Options item -- will temporarily decrease the amount of acceleration you got. If you are using Webcelerate Accelerator, the effect of deleting your browser's cache will be less pronounced that what would otherwise be the case.
